At Last!

At Last! Finally got over myself and started a blog 😀

Between procrastinating, over-thinking, decision paralysis,
self-doubt and playing on my new Nintendo Switch (Overcooked 2!)
it’s taken me about 3 years to finally start a blog again.

But hey, at least I took the plunge…
let’s see how long this will last – since I updated my previous blog yearly lol.

Purpose of this blog:

1. To document my shiitake mushrooms* – because my memory is like a sieve
2. To allow me to comb through my thoughts and reflect on my experiences/decisions  
3. Last but not the least – To make you laugh and avoid the same errors I made

Take the plunge with me and let’s go on a semi-wild journey together 🙂

But you’ll know what I mean when I say fun things like –
